PLEASE NOTE: Standard Airmail is 2.99 per item.
Standard Airmail delivery can take up to 21 days from date of dispatch. (not date of order) but normally arrives in 7/10days.
To stay competitive with our prices we ship Standard Via registered air mail, this means that there are sometimes delays that are beyond our control.
If your order is urgent we can ship by express mail with an extra cost £8.99 for one shirt and £3.00 per extra shirt, express post takes 3/6 days to deliver.
When items have been dispatched, we are able to track shipments to confirm receipt or non receipt only so that should your shirt not arrive we can confirm this and issue you a refund.
We cannot tell you the exact location of your parcel as it is being shipped.

NOTE: In no event will we be responsible for any items lost whilst being returned. You must ensure that they are returned via registered post Please inform us of intention to return within 5 days of receipt. Items for return must be received back within 10 days of receipt, unless there are special circumstances, which will be at the discretion of the owners.
Please note that the customisation of products, i.e. the addition of name and numbering to a shirt negates your right to return the item. We cannot accept the return of these items. |

| Customer service is important to us, and we are anxious to hear your thoughts on all aspects of the site and the service we provide. We're happy to discuss things with you by email and will endeavour to reply promptly to all mails. We work hard to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and although some items will have to be ordered, we will keep you updated on potential delays as best we can. |
Returns |
We will accept responsibility for any faulty or incorrect products that we ship, including incorrect sizes. We will replace these items free of charge, or refund if preferred, subject to the return of the goods. All goods must be returned with tags, or we cannot accept a return.
Please inform us of intention to return within 3 days of receipt. Items for return must be received back within 10 days of receipt, unless there are special circumstances, which will be at the discretion of the owners.

Cleaning Instruction |

All Shirts Kits should be hand washed in cool to warm water using a good quality detergent and dried at room temperature. Items should be ironed from the inside with a "Warm" iron. Fabric conditioners should not be used. |

| Unless otherwise specified, all adult shirts are supplied in Freesize XL for chest sizes 36 - 44 inches. |
